This is the day the he bought the car, it started out green and it had a KA24DE with a spun bearing.
He pulled the dual cam. Here are some pics from those couple days..
After that mess he parted that out and sold it, he picked up a single cam & dropped it in.
The single cam ran, but eventually went to shit it didn't have rod bearings in cylinder 3. He still has it in pieces in his basement.
Then he picked this sexy beast up with a rebuilt bottom end only 8,000 miles. He added more stuff to it like a welded diff, lowered it more, got a 4-2-1 longtube header, 3 inch straight pipe exhaust with a bozo pipe, 4 point harness, HKS air filter, a bunch of different rims and more I'm forgetting.
Then he got tired of the green, so he primed it. Then went black.
He loved that car to death but it pulled hard as hell & it kept starting every morning. He drifted pretty much every day but then two unfortunate events happen.....
We were leaving school one day and some crazy lady slammed on her brakes. We couldn't stop in an enough time so we hit the back of her car, the whole front end was trash but he fixed all of that. So he drove around like this for awhile....
About two weeks later hit in the side turning into his work & that totaled the car.....
He drove it like that for a while, it was in winter so for me being on the passenger with my door like that was not fun.
But then he picked up a 1990 red 240sx auto tragic, single hammer slammer, 190,000 miles
